It is said that teamwork is the heart and soul of a company or organization. Aiming to have an empowered team ready to raise the bar of excellence by delivering world-class customer service, employees within Pangasinan area of BHF Rural Bank attended a Teambuilding Workshop and Customer Service Training on September 29-30, 2012 at the Leisure Coast Resort, Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City.
“We want to give the best service to our customers by building a great team and training them to become excellent service providers,” said Dr. Armando “Boc” Bonifacio, President of BHF Rural Bank.
Dr. Bonifacio added, “In order to realize the vision of BHF Rural Bank, building a great team wouldn’t be enough. I believe that the team should deliver world-class customer service because customer service defines the reputation of the company and provides an environment where courtesy, helpfulness and warm welcome are standard.”
Founding Charperson, Mrs. Aurora Bonifacio also graced the occasion by delivering her remarkable and inspiration message before the employees of the Bank.
The workshop and training was conducted by one of the best management consultancy firms in the province, Dreams Management Consultancy, owned and managed by Mr. Diego Ledda, Jr. It was facilitated by Ms. Deborah Beltran-Castillo. Ledda and Castillo, both masteral degree holders are certified public accountants by profession but trainers and writers by avocation, believe that a great team that provides excellent customer service can improve the bank’s ability to entice affluent prospects, raise the bank’s profitability, and lower the bank’s operation cost.
The participants, among other things, had lots of fun while getting to know each other more deeply and while learning how to become catalysts of positive change in the bank by providing excellent customer service.
